I was not in class during this activity but after reviewing the DISC sheet, I would say that I am a D. I like to be in charge and to lead. I wish I had some qualities of S, where they are patient and a good listener because it is very important for a manager to be both of those. I think with enough practice and training, someone can become another management type. Regardless of anyone’s specific type, I think it is important to understand how people would act in the business world so they can be properly grouped with those that are not like them in order to learn from one another and adapt.
Yea, I think you might've fell in the D zone too. I could see you as a business leader. You should've came to class that day. It was fun and interesting.
